This product / package contains different types of Herbs which are required to prepare BaalGhutti All these herbs needs to be rubbed [In Marathi - Ugalne - The way we prepare Chandan Paste] on the Sahan (Sahan is Marathi word for tool used to make paste of Chandan Stick by rubbing it on this tool) in mothers milk or a normal milk - Only 2/3 rounds per herb and then give it 2/3 spoon to baby ( Or You can mix it with half or full cup of Milk - Boil it and then give that boiled milk with herbs to baby after it cools down or warm enough )
